Hello & welcome to my Pilates Studio & Shop in the Santa Ynez Valley. I fall in love with the practice more and more every year as I continue to peel back layers within myself and the practice. I’ve been teaching since 2007 and I’ve built and created two studios so far in my young adult life. I’ve learned many of my important life lessons through my studios. They’ve given me life, color & purpose. I’m feeling like I have finally ‘arrived’; I’ve matched my inside with my outside & understand now how to create & express through a studio that feels authentic, sustainable & abundant. I feel more balanced & aloof ~ passion that has transformed into compassion ~ for myself & everyone else. I’m feeling ready to ‘settle in’ & embody the life & studio of my dreams.
